Classes and Education

Take a free guided tour of the Mills-Peninsula Birthing Center. The tour includes a guided walk through the unit, including birthing suites, an explanation of our special care nursery and at the end there will be time for questions and answers in our conference room.

Only expectant women and their partners can take the tour prior to delivery at the hospital. Only adults can attend the tour. For security reasons, the family birth center is a locked unit, so please arrive early, as we start on time and you won't be able to join the group after the tour begins.

Please note: Registration is required to participate, space is limited. Please be reminded: The reservation is limited to TWO adults. CHILDREN are NOT allowed on tours. This policy will be strictly enforced.

*** EFFECTIVE January 2013 the family birth tour will be incorporated into the Childbirth Preparation class so if you have signed up for this class, you will not need to sign up for a separate tour.
