Breastfeeding Your Newborn (Palo Alto)
In this one session class, our certified lactation consultant will provide mothers and their partners with the strategies they need to get breastfeeding off to a solid start - whether you are expecting one or more babies. Learn how breastfeeding works, skills to achieve a comfortable latch, strategies for a great milk supply, and the role of breast pumps. Ample time is allowed for Q&A and individual concerns.
