Childbirth Preparation - Online Self-Study
The online class is a good option for first-time mothers on bed rest or who for other reasons can not get to a group class. You will receive a See What You Read Web-enhanced Parent Guide on Understanding Birth. The book provides you with a unique PIN that gives you access to the related website that includes 62 video clips and 11 printable handouts and worksheets. This option does not include a hospital tour.
This class allows you to go at your own pace when it is convenient for your schedule.
