Heart Smart (Mountain View)
This class is intended for anyone with high cholesterol or high triglycerides or who may be at risk for heart disease. This group session will cover dietary and lifestyle modifications along with a discussion of risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Class meets second Tuesday and fourth Monday of each month. Dates vary by referrals and registrations.
