    Heart Smart - 2 Sessions (Palo Alto)

    This 2 part class is intended for anyone with high cholesterol or high triglycerides or who may be at risk for heart disease. This group session will cover dietary and lifestyle modifications along with a discussion of risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Class offered every other month with the part 2 occurring 1 week after part one.
