    Preparing for Childbirth Without Medication (Palo Alto)

    This 3 1/2-hour class is designed specifically for women and their labor support partners who are interested in medication-free childbirth. You'll learn and practice pain-coping strategies such as breathing, position change, relaxation, massage and visualization techniques. Your instructor will also discuss birth plans and advocacy. Class participants should already have taken or be taking a regular childbirth preparation class.
