    Healing Imagery (Mountain View)

    Healing imageHealing Imagery for people living with cancer uses imagination to create mental images to help you bring about a desired physical or emotional well-being.

    This process of deep relaxation takes you into a peaceful state. While you're in this state, powerful mental images are offered to change your mood or anxiety about a treatment, facilitate healing to activate the immune system, or change the amount of pain or side effects you experience.

    Healing Imagery is recommended for people living with cancer both during and after treatment. The class is also recommended for their loved ones.

    Class is held usually on the first and third Thursday of the month. No class on July 4, 2013
