    Weight Loss Surgery Support Group (Santa Cruz)

    Couple huggingWe invite all PAMF patients who have had or who are considering undergoing weight loss surgery. The weight loss surgery support groups are free to attend and offer social support and information on all aspects of life after surgery. The support groups meet monthly and are led by dietitians, psychotherapists, health educators and patient advisors. Walk-ins are welcome. Registration is not necessary. br clear="all">
