Two classes designed to help you understand and manage diabetes. Recommended as a refresher class or if you have been recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes. A family memeber is encouraged to attend. This class is open to Sutter members only. (Not intended for Type 1 diabetes)
