    Living Well with Pre-Diabetes - 2 Sessions (Santa Cruz)

    This class is intended for anyone with pre-diabetes, impaired fasting glucose, insulin resistance, Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome, a strong family history of diabetes or who those at risk of developing diabetes. You will. leave with a better understanding of diet and exercise management, and have tools to manage your health.

    Class covers:

  • Understanding pre-diabetes and insulin resistance
  • Learn how to reduce risk of developing diabetes and heart disease
  • Improve lifestyle with practical diet and exercise guidelines
  • Set behavior change goals to improve your health
    This class is open to the entire community; no referral needed. Pre-registration is required.

    **There is no class in the months of July, November or December.**
