Classes and Education

EBT: Wired for Joy is a 6-session class that trains you in skills to switch your brain state from stress to joy, thereby creating more freedom and power. You will learn about the five brain states and specific tools that can be used to train your brain to favor the optimal state of well-being. When the emotional brain is out of balance, we naturally develop problems with health, behavior, mood and relationships.

The class is appropriate for anyone wanting relief from feelings of unproductive stress, overeating, physical tension, anxiety, depression or chronic worry.

EBT was developed during the last 25 years at the UCSF and is based on cutting edge neuroscience. There is an additional $30 materials fee that covers an information packed pocket journal and online multi-media materials.
