    OB Orientation (Los Gatos)

    Baby and MomThis 90-minute class is strongly recommended by our obstetricians for couples expecting their first child and should be taken prior to the first OB appointment. If your partner is unable to attend with you, you may bring your backup birth partner.

    Taught by a childbirth educator, you will learn what to expect during prenatal visits, discusses physical changes and tips to take you through a healthy pregnancy.

    The class uses a PowerPoint presentation and is taught in lecture format with time for questions.
