Healthy Basics Follow-up
Attend ongoing monthly meetings to increase knowledge and change behavior to be successful with weight loss. We invite you to participate after attendance at Diabetes and You, Heart Smart, or Healthy Basics. Taught by Registered Dietitians. This class is open to Sutter members only.
