    Diabetes - Prediabetes (San Francisco)

    A 2-part program designed to teach you the tools proven in research to prevent diabetes. Class #1 focuses on risk factors, preventive measures, diet, exercise guidelines. Class #2 focuses on habit change, stress management, setting priorities. Medicare insurance does not cover prediabetes education. Referral required, call for information.
