Classes and Education

This class is held one Saturday for 7 hours. It is taught by a labor-delivery nurse and includes instruction in relaxation, breathing techniques and signs and stages of labor. Instructor will also cover epidurals and C-sections. Class includes a tour of the El Camino Hospital Labor-Deliver Unit.

We recommend that you choose a class that will finish approximately 4-6 weeks before your due date. Please register promptly as these classes fill up two to three months in advance.

Labor partners are encouraged to attend.
