    Eating Well with Diabetes: Strategies for Optimal Health

    This single session, 1.5 hour class will help you review or reinforce previous diabetes nutrition education. You will learn how to plan meals for the entire family using our healthy diet approach and understand portion sizes to meet your needs for good health/wellness. This class is appropriate for patients with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes and a pre-requisite if interested in attending our Carbohydrate Counting Skills Class.
