    Prenatal Yoga (Palo Alto)

    During pregnancy the practice of yoga decreases physical discomforts, increases fitness, and facilitates better sleep. Learn breathing and relaxation tips for an easier labor while having your questions answered by an experienced yoga instructor/ childbirth educator. Each class offers a check-in, a practice appropriate for pregnancy and a deep relaxation time.

    We offer three prenatal yoga class series. Classes starts the first Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday of every month and will meet from 6:30-7:45 p.m. on weeknights and 9:00-10:15 a.m. on weekends. The fee is $40 per month.
