Classes and Education

This is a three-hour class taught by a childbirth educator and is for couples who want additional practice with labor support. Only open to couples who have signed up for or completed a childbirth class or for those who have already experienced a birth.

This student participation class focuses on breathing, labor positions, relaxation and partner support.

Fee covers mother and partner.
