Classes and Education

This free lecture is designed to provide information about pain relief during labor and delivery. The first night, a childbirth educator discusses breathing and relaxation techniques as well as strategies for coping with labor. The second night is a discussion of anesthesia options presented by an OB anesthesiologist. This two-part lecture is offered free of charge, and the second part of the lecture is held the following week. The information covered in this lecture is also included in our childbirth classes.
