    Mind, Body and Health Stress Management

    The series of stress management classes meets once a week for 12 weeks. Classes are free for participants an ongoing throughout the year. The series includes lectures, discussions and experiential exercises such as deep relaxation techniques, visualization, and meditation. Feel free to invite family or a friend to support you.

    The Mind-Body Health Stress Management Classes cover a different topic each week and focus on helping you understand how stress impacts your physical and mental health. You will learn, develop and practice skills to manage stress more effectively. Topics include but are not limited to:

    1. How stress can negatively affect your health and emotional well being
    2. What you can do to manage stress
    3. How you can build skills to improve mind/body health
    4. How you can become more stress-resilient
