Classes and Education

This group is for women who have experienced breast cancer treatment and are looking for support in getting back to, or creating a new sense of, "normal" in their lives. Emphasis will be on positive approaches to developing self-care strategies, sharing strengths, setting realistic goals/priorities, and moving forward-together-with other women who understand.
