    Animal Assisted Therapy (Palo Alto)

    Specially certified pet therapy dogs help you decrease stress and relieve anxiety, favorably affect various physiological functions, and provide an overall improved sense of well being. The Irene Davidson Animal Assisted Therapy Program at PAMF is provided in partnership with the Peninsula Humane Society/SPCA and Furry Friends. The dogs - Sunny, Angel, Sparky and Wally - are currently in the center 3 times each week. Currently available in our Palo Alto Center Radiation Oncology Waiting Area. The pet therapy program is part of the PAMF Cancer Care Focus on Living program.
