Maximizing Your Memory
Are you concerned about your memory? This informative and interactive program will focus on how to tell the difference between normal age-related memory loss and dementia. Participants will also learn tips and strategies for improving memory. This class is co-sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association and CPMC Brain Health Center.The Alzheimer's Association welcomes and is supportive of all persons regardless of age, race, gender, class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, language, physical ability, or religion.

California Pacific Medical Center Laura, the Brain Health Center's Family Care Specialist through the Alzheimer's Association, is a certified care manager with over 10 years experience working with the geriatric population and their families. Laura has extensive experience working collaboratively with medical professionals to determine the needs for short- and long-term care patients, providing individual care assessments for families, and responding to crisis situations. |
