    Dr. Marvin Small Parent Workshop - Healthy Family Meals

    This workshop will cover not only the importance of family meals and what a family meal should look like; it will also offer strategies that can help to make them easier and more enjoyable for all.

    Karen is a registered dietitian. She has taught classes at Palo Alto Medical Foundation on topics such as nutrition during pregnancy, prediabetes, weight control using the intuitive eating process, and conducted supermarket tours. In addition to teaching classes for Parents Place, she is now teaching classes for those with cardiovascular disease in the Cardiac Therapy Foundation of the Mid-Peninsula.
