    South Asian Nutrition (Sunnyvale)

    The South Asian diet can be high in calories and rich in saturated fats. The increased risk of heart disease makes eating a well-balanced diet important for South Asians of all ages. This doesn't mean you have to give up your favorite foods. There are some simple rules you can follow for healthy eating - join us for this lecture on finding a good balance!
