    Healthy Choices, Healthy Lives

    Join a highly effective, empowering and comprehensive physician-led intervention geared towards leading you to positive changes in your lifestyle, weight and chronic medical illnesses. Sessions are led by Kay Judge, MD., Internal Medicine/Integrative Medicine, and Ken Watson, RN, Health and Fitness Coordinator. Program includes free one-on-one behavior modification support by Healthy Choices coaches and by behaviorist Lydia Mendoza, LCSW.

    Who should join?

    • People with diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, back pain, high cholesterol, heart disease or other chronic medical issues that would benefit medically from weight reduction.
    • People who are obese or overweight, with a BMI over 30
    • People who have been told by their doctor to change their lifestyle and lose weight to improve one or more of their medical conditions, and
    • People who are committed to putting in the time and effort that will be required in the class.
