Classes and Education

Ready for a new outlook on life? This workshop include meals, a four-hour education session each month for three months and weekly movement classes. Participants have the option to add one massage per month and or individual wellness coaching.Prior to beginning the program, participants will take a Health Risk Assessment and general wellness inventory to assess their current state of mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Short and long-term goals are developed to help participants keep on track during the three months. Participants learn the factors that contribute to health status and how the choices they make influence general health; how thoughts and feelings create reality and contribute to illness; and what tools can be learned to move towards optimal wellness. Costs associated with the program begin at $150.00. Limited scholarships are available.Pre-registration is required by August 15th.
