    This 6-week class is designed to help you cope with the physical changes of pregnancy, and the emotional and physical intensity of childbirth.Ideally, the class should be completed 4-6 weeks prior to your due date. Next class : September 25
    This class is for those who have little or no experience with babies. New parents are encouraged to take this class. Next class : September 2
    Take this three session class over two weekends and you're covered! Weekend 1:(Sat/Sun) Weekend 2:(Sat) Next class : December 9
    In this one session class, our certified lactation consultant will provide mothers and their partners with the strategies they need to get breastfeeding off to a solid start. Next class : September 11
    This is a two-session, Saturday/Sunday class, offered 4 1/2 hours each day. It is offered to expectant parents whose schedules may not allow for the traditional 5 week class. It is highly recommended for couples expecting their first child. Next class : September 23
    This comprehensive series covers breathing techniques, relaxation methods, stages of labor and delivery, hospital procedures, postpartum recovery, and birthing options to prepare you and your partner for your upcoming birth experience. Next class : September 26

    This class is taught by a certified CPR instructor and is appropriate for first-time parents and grandparents. Next class : September 7
    For expectant parents who are unable to attend an onsite class, our self paced, e-class offers information on labor, comfort techniques, hospital procedures, postpartum and more. Next class : To Be Announced
    Led by a PAMF Santa Cruz Division pediatrician, you will learn about what happens in the hospital and what to look for in the first few weeks with baby. The doctor covers feeding, common skin conditions, colic and when to call for help. Next class : September 21
