    For people who have experienced the death of a significant person, this support group offers information about the normal grief process and provides emotional support and opportunities for sharing. Next class : September 1
    Community Health Resource Center: This interactive workshop will include an overview of exercise, physical movement, its benefits as we age, and which types of exercise are best for you to do safely. Next class : December 3
    Community Health Resource Center: Falls are the leading cause of injury in older adults. Learn how to reduce the risk of falling, strategies to prevent falls, and maintain independence. Next class : September 30
    Stephanie Thompson, Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) Coordinator for Santa Clara County, will explain the basics of Medicare for beneficiaries as well as Medicare changes for next year. Next class : October 27
    This year the Medicare enrollment period runs from October 15 through December 7. During this time, you may switch Medicare plans to lower co-pays, save money on prescriptions or simply find a plan that works better for you. Next class : October 20
