    Community Health Resource Center: This seminar will explain what long-term care is, costs & options to pay for it, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, life & long-term care insurance, & the innovative California Partnership for Long-Term Care. Next class : December 13
    For people who have experienced the death of a significant person, this support group offers information about the normal grief process and provides emotional support and opportunities for sharing. Next class : November 1
    Stephanie Thompson, Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) Coordinator for Santa Clara County, will explain the basics of Medicare for beneficiaries as well as Medicare changes for next year. Next class : October 28
    Each seminar is led by a registered HICAP counselor and will cover: the A, B, Cs (and D) of Medicare Original vs. Medicare Advantage, when and how to enroll, choosing a drug plan, supplementing Medicare. Next class : January 24
    The Medicare Open Enrollment period runs from October 15 through December 7. During this time, you may switch Medicare plans to lower co-pays, save money on prescriptions or simply find a plan that works better for you. Next class : November 14

    Hosted by the WHRC, join this 6-week yoga series to strengthen pelvic floor muscles to manage incontinence and other pelvic issues. No drop-ins. 2016 start dates the weeks of: 8/10; 9/21; 11/2. Next class : October 26
    Hosted by the WHRC, this workshop will focus on the often underestimated and misunderstood pelvic floor. Through yoga and mindfulness learn to connect with, strengthen and relax the muscles that span the opening at the bottom of the pelvis. Next class : October 29
