    For people who have experienced the death of a significant person, this support group offers information about the normal grief process and provides emotional support and opportunities for sharing. Next class : February 3
    For people undergoing cancer surgery or who are at risk for developing Lymphedema. Offered the 2nd the 4th Tues of each month. Next class : February 10

    This six-session course is designed to create ease around physical and emotional challenges through meditation and journaling. Topics that will be covered include: mindfulness, kindness, compassion, gratitude and trust. Next class : February 17

    This support group provides support for men diagnosed with any type and any stage of cancer. It is offered the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of every month from 5:30-6:30PM. 2449 Summerfield Road, Main Entrance, 2nd floor. Next class : February 3
    Mending Under the Moon: A Women's Cancer Survivorship Retreat. This retreat is designed to help you access tools and empower you to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual challenges of cancer treatment and recovery. Next class : March 13

    The series of stress management classes meets once a week for twelve weeks. Classes are free and ongoing throughout the year. The series includes lectures, discussions, and relaxation skills.
