    For people undergoing cancer surgery or who are at risk for developing Lymphedema. Offered the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Next class : September 23
    This support group provides support for men diagnosed with any type and any stage of cancer. It is offered the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of every month from 5:30-6:30PM. 2449 Summerfield Road, Main Entrance, 2nd floor. Next class : October 7
    For men with any type and any stage of cancer. 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month, 5:30-6:30 pm. 2449 Summerfield Road, Main Entrance, 2nd floor. Next class : October 21

    The series of stress management classes meets once a week for twelve weeks. Classes are free and ongoing throughout the year. The series includes lectures, discussions, and relaxation skills.

    This 2 hour introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction will give you a better understanding of what Mindfulness is and how our 8 week course may impact your life in positive ways. Next class : September 22
