    Childrens and teen grief and loss support programs provide a positive and safe place to share feelings, thoughts and ideas as they process the experience of their loss. Next class : February 15
    Are you worried about your family's health? Our four-week "Healthy eating. Active lifestyles." program is for parents, children and teenagers. Next class : March 2
    This 24 hour class is offered seven times a year and prepares participants to become hospice volunteers offering practical and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their caregivers. Next class : To Be Announced
    For people who have experienced the death of a significant person, this support group offers information about the normal grief process and provides emotional support and opportunities for sharing. Next class : February 16
    For people undergoing cancer surgery or who are at risk for developing Lymphedema. Offered the 2nd the 4th Tues of each month. Next class : March 8

    The series of stress management classes meets once a week for twelve weeks. Classes are free and ongoing throughout the year. The series includes lectures, discussions, and relaxation skills.
