    Our support group addresses the concerns of bereaved parents who have started another pregnancy in a safe and supportive environment. Next class : July 20
    Teaches breathing and relaxation tips for an easier labor. Each class offers a check-in, a practice appropriate for pregnancy and a deep relaxation time. Next class : July 11
    1st Monday evening of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm (except holidays) at 2449 Summerfield Road in Santa Rosa. Next class : August 1
    Hosted by the WHRC. This 2-hour workshop will focus on gentle supported poses to help you release into a deep state of relaxation. The restorative poses are held longer to elicit the body's natural relaxation response. Next class : October 1
    This program goes beyond introductory education offerings. Based on research by experts in caregiving techniques, this six-week course from the Alzheimer's Association will provide clinical-level training for family caregivers. Next class : August 17
    A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) is a mutual help group for people with sleep disordered breathing and their families. Next class : September 6
    Hosted by the WHRC. Sound has been an integral part of yoga therapy since ancient times and is especially useful for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Next class : October 15
    Those with cancer and/or their caregivers will meet for 8 weeks in a small group to delve into what gives meaning to your life and fosters connection. Topics will help you reconnect with what you love to bring sacredness into daily life. Next class : July 7
    An experiential 4-week course for those with cancer or caregivers to those with cancer modeled after the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction technique pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Next class : July 6
    Sutter Stroke Center, Roseville offers patients and their families a support group to help cope with the changes and stress of a stroke. Next class : July 14
