    Explore skills for creating new eating habits, weight management or weight loss. Join this non-judgmental, non-diet approach to eating to learn practical tools for creating physiological balance with food choices. Hosted by the WHRC. Next class : April 21
    Understand what increases your chances of developing heart disease and learn how you can lower your risk so you can stay on top of your game. Next class : June 24
    Weight management for adults. Achieve a healthy weight to delay/prevent diabetes, heart disease or hypertension. Learn the basics of behavior changes to improve your eating and exercise habits to achieve better health. Next class : May 5
    Attend ongoing monthly meetings to increase knowledge and change behavior, weigh in and track your progress. You are invited to participate after attendance at Diabetes Basics, Heart Smart, or Healthy Basics. Next class : April 28

    Are you worried about your adolescent's health? Our seven-week "Healthy eating. Active lifestyles" program is for parents and adolescents. Next class : October 28
    Join us for this year-long weight management program that consists of 16 core sessions and 6 monthly post-core sessions. This program is well-suited for overweight individuals with pre-diabetes or insulin resistance. Next class : May 1
