    Sutter Stroke Center, Roseville offers patients and their families a support group to help cope with the changes and stress of a stroke. Next class : October 13

    Sutter and Injoy have partnered to offer an Understanding Birth eClass, a six week on line childbirth course through active learning modules. Next class : To Be Announced
    Our unique physical therapy class provides information on bladder health, a list of factors that influence continence, an exercise program to help manage and decrease incontinence episodes and techniques to improve quality of life. Next class : To Be Announced
    This workshop include meals, a four-hour education session each month for three months and weekly movement classes. Participants have the option to add one massage per month and or individual wellness coaching. Next class : To Be Announced
    Hosted by the WHRC, this women's meditation class offers an introduction to methods of meditation. Through guided practice and reflection, we will focus on our inherent well being that is always with us. Next class : September 30
    Hosted by the WHRC, this class will provide: meditation instruction for beginners; discussion on the benefits of meditation, including recent scientific research; and guided meditation on pain and compassion. Next class : September 30
