    This CPR course is designed for parents or other non-professional caregivers. Participants learn to recognize unconsciousness, respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest and choking in infants and young children. Next class : October 5
    This group offers support, information and tools for new mothers with babies up to a year old who may be experiencing distress, anxiety or depression after the birth of their baby. Next class : September 14
    Focusing on the first few weeks after birth, this class for expectant parents, provides hands-on instruction on bathing, feeding, changing, and soothing their newborns. Next class : October 10
    This class is for children ages 3 years and up and is designed to include them in preparing for the new baby. Next class : September 26
    In this workshop you will learn to prevent and resolve sleep issues by establishing a consistent bedtime routine and helping your baby to learn to self-soothe. Next class : November 17
