    This group offers support, information and tools for new mothers with babies up to a year old who may be experiencing distress, anxiety or depression after the birth of their baby. Next class : August 29
    Our support group addresses the concerns of bereaved parents who have started another pregnancy in a safe and supportive environment. Next class : September 21
    This one-session informational class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding, newborn feeding patterns, positioning, how to tell if the baby is getting enough milk and avoiding common problems. Next class : October 26

    This 1 1/2 hour class begins with a 15 minute check in period to build community and answer questions about what women are experiencing during pregnancy and anticipating during childbirth, followed by an extended period of yoga. Next class : September 1
