    Planning on breastfeeding and returning to work or school? This class provides information on choosing a breast pump, how to maintain your milk supply, storing your milk at work and how to gain your employer's support. Next class : October 16

    Drop-in class. This informal drop-in group focuses on breastfeeding techniques, benefits, and emotional support. Facilitated by an Alta Bates Summit board-certified Lactation Consultant. Next class : May 21
    A free mother-to-mother breastfeeding support group for babies under 3 months is offered every Tuesday from 10:30am - noon at the Sunnyvale Center, 201 Old San Francisco Road, basement conference room. Next class : May 21
