    Classes draw upon a variety of techniques. Childbirth instructor prepares expectant mothers and their partners for birth. Class includes instruction in relaxation and breathing to reduce the discomfort of labor and more. Next class : April 1
    Sutter Tracy Community Hospital offers an information packed childbirth preparation (Lamaze) class series, to prepare the mother and her support person for labor, delivery, and postpartum experiences. Next class : March 22
    Our childbirth educator will cover the stages of labor, hospital procedures, medications, cesarean birth, birthing options and postpartum recovery. Couples will also engage in active practice of physical and emotional comfort techniques. Next class : February 26
    Taught by a childbirth educator this class includes nine hours of instruction and is designed for first-time births. Next class : March 4
