    This class is held one Saturday for 7 hours. It is taught by a labor-delivery nurse and includes instruction in signs and stages of labor, epidurals and C-sections. Next class : November 12
    Childbirth Preparation meets for 5 consecutive Thursday evenings and helps prepare expectant couples for care during their pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum. Infant care and Breastfeeding included. Next class : January 5

    A certified childbirth instructor prepares expectant mothers and their partners for birth - normal labor and delivery process, relaxation and breathing techniques, the partner's role and hospital procedures. Next class : November 15
    This unique 6 week childbirth preparation class weaves together traditional childbirth preparation with yoga and mindfulness techniques. Next class : January 11
    Designed for the busy working couple the Weekend Intensive prepares expectant couples for the emotional and physical changes that occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery. Next class : October 28
    This one-day class is designed for those who have previously attended childbirth classes and need a refresher to review labor and birth, breathing, relaxation skills, the partner's role, and anesthesia options. Next class : December 13
    This free lecture is designed to provide information about pain relief during labor and delivery. The latter part of the class is a discussion of anesthesia options presented by an OB anesthesiologist. Next class : October 27
