    Maternity Tours are held the first Monday of each month at 1:00 p.m. and other designated dates. Please see available dates. Next class : June 3
    Expectant couples are invited to meet with one of our pediatricians
    and tour their pediatric office. Next class : May 28
    Strengthen, stretch and breathe with other moms and their babies. No prior yoga experience necessary to attend this class which will focus on yoga postures to build strength and decrease discomfort during the post partum period. Next class : June 4

    This informal drop-in group covers topics of interest to new parents. This support group is a drop-in event, so registration is not required. The fee for this group is $10.00 per drop-in session or $45 for a 5 session package. Next class : May 30
    The New Parent Support Group is an informal drop-in session for new parents (and their babies) in a supportive setting in which to share parenting experiences. Next class : May 30
    This group offers support and information for new parents with babies from age 4 months and up. Next class : May 30
    This drop in group offers support and information to new parents with babies from 3 weeks to 4 months of age. Next class : May 28
    The Newborn Breastfeeding support group is for babies 0-5months. Next class : May 24
