    Question

    I am almost 14 and when I was about 13.5 I started looking at gay porn. Does this mean I will be gay for the rest of my life? I know that I am going though puberty and I want to know if this is just a stage.

    Dear Teen:

    Looking at gay porn does indicate an interest, but does not necessarily mean you will be gay for the rest of your life. Many teen age boys have such a high level of active hormones that they can seem interested in many sexual activities beyond heterosexual relationships. Pay attention to your feelings over time and give yourself time to develop and really know yourself. If these feelings are bothering you it may help to talk with a counselor.
