Question
my tongue looks like it has broken cuts on them. could there be something wrong?

Answer
Very rarely changes in your tongue can indicate some type of medical problem. However, most likely it is just how your tongue is, especially if you are having no other symptoms of illness. If there's any doubt, you should make an appointment with your medical provider.
