Question
i have these white bumps on the back of my tongue and i them but little tiny white and red bumps in the front of my tongue. they dont hurt or anything it just feels like i burnt my tongue.

There is probably not much you can do - they might be taste buds! Time will heal them. Try to figure out what may have irritated them so it doesn't happen again. Sour candy does this to my son!
