Question
I have just masterbated and about 10-15 minutes later my testicles started to hurt...i didnt know what to do and it still hurts..is there something wrong?
Answer
It is very unlikely that anything is wrong. The pain you describe is most likely due to "congestion", caused presumably by the collection of blood in the penis and testicular area during sexual stimulation. This is especially likely to occur during prolonged periods of erection, especially if no ejaculation occurs. Once ejaculation occurs, the pain usually subsides after 10-15 minutes. If the pain is severe, if you notice visible abnormalities such as redness or marked swelling, or if the pain persists for more than 30 minutes after sexual activity, you should probably see a doctor for evaluation.
