    Question

I am a 16 year old teen and i take fat loss pills. What are the serious side effect? What do they do to the body?

    Answer

There are many so-called weight loss or fat burning medications or pills sold in the U.S., and as with most medications, there are potential problems or side effects from taking them. I would need to know the active ingredients in order to know what serious side effects might arise.

The most important thing to keep in mind is THERE IS NO MAGIC PILLS available to burn fat. The best way to burn fat and lose weight is to expend more calories (from day to day activities and exercise) than the amount of calories you consume or eat.
