    Question

I sweat a lot, even when its cold out or I don't have P.E. or sports. I use an anti-perspirant/deoderant, and its pretty strong (Secret Platinum Protection) but I still come home with wet spots under my arms and have to reapply it and change my shirt in the afternoon. What can I do to reduce this and feel more comfortable?

    Answer

Increased sweating is a common problem in puberty. If regular over-the-counter antiperspirants are not helping, talk to your doctor about some different prescription options that may help. Even then, sometimes we can only control the sweating so much, but hopefully enough to keep it from bothering you. Talk to your doctor!
