Question
Since I'm not yet comfortable with "real" sex, my boyfriend and I sort of do this mutual masturbation thing. That is, he rubs his penis on my labia until we both come, and we both get satisfied this way. Usually, his ejaculation spills on the bed, but sometimes I notice after he comes, the bed is dry, which leads me to assume the semen had entered my vagina, even if his penis did not. My question is - can I possibly get pregnant this way?
Answer
You are fooling yourself if you do not believe this is "real" sex, and yes, you could get pregnant and/or a sexually transmitted disease from this behavior. Chances are very good that his penis is entering into your vagina with that sperm. Any kind of behavior that shares body fluids can transmit disease, and you should be using condoms to protect yourself.
