Is it rape if the girl teased but said no?
Answer
Absolutely! It is never acceptable to force a person to have sex against his or her will. Even at the very last moment, or during intercourse - "no" means "no"!
Teasing, flirting, looking attractive is "culturally acceptable" in our society and even encouraged - that does not mean theperson wants to have sex, it may be just self-expression.
