Question
My sister is HIV positive and won't get help. She's addicted to heroin and is getting sick. Is there a center I can force her into?
Answer
Unfortunately there is no place you can "force" her into, but Narcotics Anonymous has toll free numbers and there are other organizations to help families deal with their own feelings. Check the community pages in your phone book for crisis lines and services near you.
