Question
My penis is large when it is hard but when it is soft it is small is this normal? Also when shall my penis grow to full largeness? What is the normal size for a penis it is only 6" when it is hard and 2" when it is not? I am 13!
Answer
This all sounds very normal. Penis size will usually match the person's overall height and development, so you will only know its full size when you are done with puberty.
