    Question

My name is death and I am very suicidal. I think about killing myself everyday. I do have a plan. I need to tell someone. I have told three friends but they seem to not want to believe it. I need to tell an adult but I don't know how. Can you help me?

    Answer

If you can tell your friends you can tell an adult about your plan. Find an adult that you can trust, such as a teacher, counselor, relative, neighbor, or especially your doctor who could help you decide what to do. You can also call a professional therapist in your community by looking in the phone book for a psychiatrist, social worker, or marriage, family therapist who will help you figure out what to do. It is good that you want to share your feelings and you do not need to suffer alone! Do it now.
